This stark reality demands action. Every child deserves the chance to experience the joy, camaraderie, and life-changing benefits of being part of a team. Yet, too many are left behind, denied the opportunity to play, grow, and thrive simply because of where they live or the resources available to them. It’s time to confront these barriers head-on and ensure that soccer truly becomes a game for everyone. in underserved communities don’t have access to play on a team, to feel the belonging of teammates or supportive coaches or hear the cheering of fans & parents from the sidelines. Soccer is the world’s game but in the U.S. we are silent on the inequality that exists.
